Our Story
Magic Industries was born from a simple observation: Czech companies have plenty of talent and experience, but they spend too much time on routine tasks that automation could handle. Our founders spent years in manufacturing and commercial companies and experienced first-hand how many hours each day disappear into spreadsheets, data re-entry and repetitive emails.
We decided to change that. We are not a technology startup disconnected from reality — we are practical business partners who understand how a Czech company truly operates. Martin is the founder of Magic Industries and the architect behind e-vyroba.cz. As an AI expert and data architect, he has spent over 20 years working on digital transformation projects across Europe. He specialises in deploying artificial intelligence into enterprise data and business processes, business intelligence, and strategic consulting. His approach is always results-first: every project must deliver measurable savings in time and money.
Tomáš Bok
Lead AI Consultant
Tomáš brings hands-on experience of deploying AI inside a live business operation. As lead consultant for the BH-Obchodní, s.r.o. group, he oversaw AI rollouts spanning internal process automation, customer-facing chatbots, and analytics dashboards. That background means he can quickly pinpoint where AI will deliver the greatest impact and configure solutions that teams embrace from day one.
