What is included in the price?
The price always includes analysis and preparation, implementation, team training, documentation and technical support for the duration specified in the package. Nothing is added afterwards — everything is agreed upfront in the proposal.
Are these the final prices?
Yes. Magic Industries is not VAT-registered, so nothing is added to the prices. Prices in a specific proposal are always fixed — we won't change them without your consent. For non-standard projects we prepare a custom quote.
Do you offer instalment payments?
Yes, for projects above CZK 100,000 it is possible to arrange payment in two instalments — 50% before the project starts and 50% upon delivery of the working solution. Instalment terms are confirmed during the consultation.
