How We Calculate Indicative Savings
All savings and payback figures on this site are indicative estimates. No universal numbers exist for such different businesses. You get a more precise result for your business in the free AI audit.
Three types of figures on the site
- Indicative estimate: calculated from the volume of work and the average wage using the formulas below.
- Model example: an illustration of a typical outcome for a business of this size, not a specific client.
- Statistic: an internal Business Logic figure or an external one with its source (for example wages from the Czech Statistical Office).
Hourly rate
The cost of one working hour is derived from the average gross wage in the region:
rate = gross wage × (1 + 33.8% employer contributions) / 145 productive hours a month
Employer contributions are 24.8% social security and 9% health insurance. Productive hours allow for holidays and public holidays.

Savings and payback
For each solution with a calculator, the estimate starts from the monthly volume (for example the number of invoices):
hours saved = volume × manual minutes per item / 60 × automation share − volume × review minutes per item / 60value per year = hours saved × rate × 12payback in months = package price / (hours saved × rate − running costs − monthly support)
Minutes per item, automation share and running costs are entered as ranges, so the result is always a range from a cautious to a favourable estimate. When payback exceeds 12 months, the calculator says automation is unlikely to pay off at that volume and shows the volume at which it would.
Package prices: START CZK 60,000, BUSINESS CZK 120,000, PREMIUM CZK 190,000 excluding VAT. Optional monthly support CZK 5,000 to CZK 20,000. Details on the pricing page.
An hour is not always money
A saved hour saves money only when the time goes into other work or you avoid hiring. Otherwise it is relief, not money. The audit report keeps the two apart.
What we stand behind
You pay for a working solution built to the agreed brief. We estimate the savings upfront and honestly, but the actual amount also depends on how your business runs.
